Detailed Itinerary

Days 1: Ha Noi - Quan Ba

Depart from Hanoi at 8 AM: destinations from Hà Giang City

  • Check-in at km0 Hà Giang, check-in at Pắc Sum Slope, Quản Bạ Heaven Gate, Quản Bạ Rest Stop
  • Check-in at the H’Mông Village Homestay in Quản Bạ for an overnight stay
Days 2: Quan Ba - Lo Lo chai village

Depart from Quản Bạ at 8 AM.

Destinations:

  • Visit the linen weaving village in Cán Tỷ, Thẩm Mã Slope, Pao’s House, Vương Family Mansion, and check in at scenic spots along the way.

Cán Tỷ Linen Weaving Group: This is where over 23 impoverished women work together to preserve and maintain the traditional handmade linen weaving craft of the Hmong people in Hà Giang.

Lũng Cẩm Cultural Village: This location was selected as the filming site for famous television shows such as The Story of Pao and Quiet at the Bottom of the Abyss. The group will visit Pao’s house and take photos of seasonal flowers in what is considered the most beautiful area of the Rock Plateau.

The Vương Family Mansion: Also known as the Hmong King’s Palace. During the Vietnam War, this place was a major supplier of opium to Indochina and the countries involved in the war in Vietnam. Here, the group will learn about the artistic architecture, history, and culture of the Vương family (the Hmong Kings), as well as the Hmong people on the Rock Plateau.

Lũng Cú Flagpole: The final destination of the day is the Lũng Cú Flagpole — the northernmost point of Vietnam, a place everyone aspires to visit at least once in their lifetime. The group will learn about the history and culture of this land, how the flagpole was built, and how ethnic minorities in the far north have protected every inch of this borderland.

Check in for the night at a HomeStay in the northernmost village, Lô Lô Chải — Dinner at the HomeStay.

Days 3. Lo Lo Chai - Dong Van - Meo Vac - Quan Ba

Depart from Lô Lô Chải at 8 AM.

  • Đồng Văn Market: The group will stroll through Đồng Văn Ancient Town, which is hundreds of years old.
  • Mã Pí Lèng Pass: Mã Pí Lèng Pass (known as the most majestic pass in Vietnam) is the most beautiful and imposing of the “Four Great Passes of Northern Vietnam.” The pass stretches 21 km, connecting the two districts of Đồng Văn and Mèo Vạc.
  • Boat cruise on Tu Sản Canyon – Nho Quế River: The group will board a boat and cruise along the Tu Sản Canyon – Nho Quế River. The Nho Quế River flows into Vietnam from Séo Lủng village, Lũng Cú commune, Đồng Văn district, passing through Tu Sản Canyon and running along Mã Pí Lèng Pass. When it reaches Mèo Vạc, it flows eastward into Cao Bằng province and empties into the Gâm River. Tu Sản Canyon is considered the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia and is located in a valley with unique geological formations in Vietnam.
  • Return to Quản Bạ and check in at a HomeStay in Nặm Đăm Village, a village where 100% of the population are Dao people, with unique earthen-walled house architecture.
Days 4: Quan Ba - Ha Noi

At 8:30 AM, the car will depart from Quản Bạ to take you back to Hanoi, marking the end of your journey exploring the Global Geopark..

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If the tour is canceled immediately after registration (more than 10 days in advance), 30% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  • If the tour is canceled 7 days before departure, 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  • If the tour is canceled 5 days before departure, 70% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  • If the tour is canceled 2 days before departure, 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  • In the case that the number of registered participants increases or decreases, both parties will work together to reach a mutual agreement and proceed with payment based on the actual number of participants, with the tour price adjusted accordingly to the group size.
  • In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or pandemics, both parties will allow the deposit to be carried forward, and the tour can be postponed to a more suitable time.
